1. Product Overview
The flat diaphragm aerator is a type of aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has small aeration bubble diameter, small gas-liquid interface diameter, large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, no hole clogging, and strong corrosion resistance. According to the School of Environmental Engineering of Shanghai Tongji University Conducted water and sewage oxygenation tests with China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute, and has been used by more than 50 users for many years with good results (compared to conventional fixed spiral aerators, diffuse flow aerators and perforated tube aerators, energy consumption is reduced by 40%, or sewage treatment capacity is increased by 40%). It is especially suitable for urban sewage, new expansion of large factories and renovation of old aeration tanks, and the aeration tanks can operate intermittently.

air pipe design should consider pressure balance, Connected into a ring network, each group of air inlet pipes should be equipped with valves to facilitate adjustment of air volume. The design flow rate of the air pipe is: 10-15 m/s for the main pipe; 5 m/s for the branch pipe. The installation height of the aerator surface from the bottom of the pool: 270mm, 250mm, and 200mm for the push plate type.
