The inward-flow bar screen sewage remover is used to intercept and remove smaller suspended debris and particulate impurities in the water supply and drainage systems, further purifying the water that has already passed through the coarse screens. The inward-flow bar screen dewatering machine is a high-efficiency fine bar screen device that combines trash interception and removal. It is suitable for large, medium, and small pumping stations as a fine screen to intercept and remove floating debris in the water, such as weeds, paper, cigarette butts, seeds, fibers, hair, etc. This model has a high trash capture rate, ensuring the effective implementation of subsequent treatment processes.
Inward-flow Bar Screen
Working Principle:
The perforated bar plates of the screen are installed parallel to the flow of water and are equipped with a trash lifting device fixed on the bar plates. The designed inlet ensures that all wastewater enters through the middle of the screen and exits from both sides, preventing trash from overflowing behind the screen.
The drive sprocket is fixed on the drive shaft. As the drive shaft rotates, the sprocket drives the screen plates fixed on the chain in a continuous cycle. The drive shaft is powered by a shaft-mounted gearbox and motor.
During operation, the reducer installed on the forward output shaft of the frame drives the sprocket to rotate, which in turn drives the chains on both sides of the screen mesh. The trash intercepted within the length of the screen is lifted upward as the mesh rotates. When it reaches the top, most of the debris falls off by gravity, while a small amount is cleaned off by the top-mounted washing device. The sludge water then drains into the collection trough between the side plates and flows out of the machine.
