The connection method between the tubular microporous aerator and the air distribution branch pipe should be 'saddle-type insert plate solid type', and should be equipped with an O-shaped rubber seal at the air inlet nozzle.
In order to ensure that the aeration diaphragm has a long enough service life and reduce operating resistance, special requirements: the air holes of the lining tube of the membrane tube microporous diffuser must be evenly distributed at multiple points along the length of the lining tube (cross openings diagonally downward).
The support liner of this series of aeration pipes is essentially similar to a perforated pipe, because it is also perforated at an angle of 45 degrees with holes facing downwards, and then the outer surface is covered with a rubber membrane. This design can prevent the diaphragm from producing large bubbles and affecting other pipeline aerators once it is damaged after its life reaches its limit. Because after the diaphragm is damaged, it will be oxygenated and aerated in the form of a perforated pipe, which is not fatal to the system!
