1. Product Overview
The AGF fully automatic shallow filtration system is composed of multiple standard high-speed sand tank units. It is equipped with a unique water distributor and water collector. It has a unique two-way automatic flushing valve, which can realize backwashing of multiple standard high-speed sand tank units one by one during normal system operation, and fully automatic program control. It has the advantages of small backwash water consumption, easy equipment installation and easy operation. The device has a high flow rate and requires no maintenance. According to different user requirements, there are two series: vertical and horizontal. Suitable for water quality treatment in industrial and civil circulating water systems. (UN is the abbreviation of UNIT)
2. Working principle
After years of hard work, our company has combined foreign technology and developed a new generation of new filters with independent intellectual property rights, the AGF fully automatic shallow filtration system. This product has a compact structure and a high degree of automation. Its unique structure can make the effluent turbidity below 0.5NTU, and the impurity filtration accuracy can reach 5 microns. This equipment can automatically backwash. The product not only has excellent functions, but also has low operating costs.
Positive washing and filtering status:
When the system is in the filtering state, the unfiltered water is evenly distributed through the self-developed unique water distributor, and the water passes through the filler layer (refined uniform-grained quartz sand/garnet) in the filter in a laminar flow state. When water flows through the packing layer, impurities are trapped within the packing layer. There are multiple evenly distributed water collectors at the bottom of the filter, which collect and lead the filtered water evenly. Advection filtration allows the filter to filter at high flow rates and still achieve better filtration effects.
Backwash status:
As impurities continue to accumulate in the packing layer, the internal pressure head loss will continue to increase. When the inlet and outlet water pressure head loss reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the constant pressure device to switch to the backwash state. When the backwash of this station is completed, the hydraulic valve changes the water supply direction to achieve backwash one by one, making it easier to clean the accumulated impurities.
When the system is in the backwashing state, filtration continues. The standard unit sand cylinder to be backwashed is not filtered, and other standard unit sand cylinders in the system are still filtering. Part of the filtered clean water is used to backwash the standard unit sand tank, and the rest is still sent to the user. The backwash sewage is discharged through the backwash drain port of the hydraulic valve. In the high-speed sand tank fully automatic high-efficiency filtration system, the special water collector design allows the fillers to scrub each other, maximizing the backwash efficiency and reducing the required backwash water (clean water). At the same time, there is no material leakage during backwash. The backwash of a standard unit sand cylinder lasts for 2 minutes. When the backwash is completed, the internal pressure head loss of the standard unit sand cylinder is reduced to a reasonable range, the constant pressure device gives a recovery signal, the hydraulic valve returns to the filtering state, and the next standard unit sand cylinder is ready to enter the backwash state.

AGF can use various common filter media, but mainly uses quartz sand. According to the filtration requirements, two types of quartz sand are recommended:

4. Product features

It occupies an extremely small area and can be installed indoors and outdoors, or in layers up and down. It has strong adaptability: compact structure and space saving: the product has good anti-corrosion performance and can be installed indoors and outdoors.

■3. Large amount of filtered water and good filtration effect
The filtration flow rate is fast, the normal filtration rate can be around 40m/h, and it can reach 60m/h depending on the water quality; the filter backwash uses product water, and there is no need to set up a booster pump and a backwash pump: the backwash lasts 2-3 minutes.
Backwash water volume <3m 3. The filtration accuracy is high, the impurity filtration accuracy can be below 0.10mm, and the effluent turbidity can be less than 0.5NTU. The filtration system consists of a standard unit sand tank, and the filtration flow rate can be increased from 30.6 cubic meters/hour to 2500 cubic meters/hour.
■4. Automatic backwashing: The backwashing of this equipment is automatically recognized and controlled by the intelligent control system without manual intervention, even if the suspended solids in the water fluctuate. The device may adapt automatically.
■5. Uninterrupted water supply: When the equipment is backwashed, the filtration process is carried out at the same time, and the system supplies water as usual.
■6. Adopt unique cloth and water collection device
Due to the unique water distribution system of this filtration system and the very evenly distributed water collector, the water flow is laminar during the entire filtration process. The surface of the filter sand bed is always flat during the filtration process, and the quality of the effluent water is stable.
■7. Use refined and selected quartz sand or garnet as filter media
Make your selection based on water quality. The minimum particle size of the filter material can be 0.16mm.
■8. Low long-term operating costs, saving electricity, water and maintenance costs.
Power saving: The system has a unique automatic backwash valve. The sand filter tanks are not backwashed at the same time, but are backwashed one by one under normal operation of the system. There is no need to consider setting up a backwash pump. At the same time, compared with other sand filtering equipment, the required filter pump lift is 6-7m lower.
Water saving: Due to its unique water replenisher and water collector, the system does not require compressed air during backwashing, so that the medium layer can expand evenly for effective backwashing. The water used for backwashing is filtered clean water, so the amount of backwashing water consumed is small. The backwash water volume of a single tank is only 1m 3/min, and the backwash time is 2-3 minutes.
Save maintenance costs: The entire system does not have mechanical or electric valves, and only relies on a unique multi-function valve to control the backwash of the system. Because the unique multi-function valve has no wear and long life, there is no record of damage within 10 years, and the management cost is low.
5. Product application
1. Industrial water filtration has certain system requirements for water quality. For example: filtration of oxygen lance water in copper plants, water supply to boilers and heat exchangers, etc., can filter out impurities in the water and avoid clogging of nozzles in pipelines.
