1. Product features
The LS-W type shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for screen slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, residential area sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pumping stations and water plants. It is mainly used in conjunction with equipment such as grilles or dehydrators to transport screen slag or dewatered sludge.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a continuous trough-shaped belt type. The material falls onto the conveyor belt from the grid or the discharge port of the dewatering machine. Driven by the electric roller, the material moves from one end to the other, and the end is connected to the trash can for further processing.
3. Main features
■The driving device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel-axis helical gear reducer with compact structure and smooth and safe operation;
■The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the spiral blade and the rotation direction of the motor, and bidirectional conveying is possible;
■The U-shaped groove is equipped with a lining, which has strong wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement:
■Large channel transportation is implemented, never blocked, reliable operation, low noise and easy maintenance.
