1. Purpose
The OA1 wedge-shaped spiral grid decontamination machine is a new type of equipment independently researched, developed and manufactured by our company by absorbing foreign technology and combining it with the specific actual conditions of my country's water treatment projects. It is suitable for fine grids in urban sewage treatment plants. It is a new product that integrates the functions of interception, collection, transportation and squeezing of waste.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment consists of a circular wedge basket composed of a series of annular grid sheets as the grid surface, which is installed in the water channel at an angle of 35° to the horizontal plane. When the sewage flows into the grid basket from the end of the grid, the filter residue that is larger than the grid gap is intercepted and deposited on the inner surface of the grid basket. The toothed scraper is driven by a motor to rotate and filter the filter. The slag is scraped to the top of the grid basket and falls by gravity. At the same time, the motor reverses, driving the toothed scraper to reverse, and the trapped filter residue falls into the slag collecting tank through the slag cleaning plate. After the filter residue is conveyed, squeezed and dehydrated through the central screw, it falls from the discharge port into a material box or conveyor for external transportation.

4. Main features
■The whole machine has a compact structure, small footprint, and is easy to install, operate and maintain;
■The equipment grid gap is small and can generally be designed within the range of 6~12mm:
■High sewage interception efficiency, closed transportation, no pollution to the environment; the equipment can implement fully automatic control, stable operation, low energy consumption and low noise;
■The equipment is automatically cleaned during operation and will never be clogged.
