1. Product features
The YS type screw conveyor press is suitable for screen slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, residential area sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pumping stations and water plants. It is mainly used in conjunction with grilles and other equipment to transport, press and dehydrate the screen slag.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a shaftless spiral type. When the material enters from the feed hopper of the conveyor press, the material is pushed and slid by the rotation of the spiral blade, and sent to the compaction area along the U-shaped conveyor trough. Under the pressure of the counter spring of the press pipe and the discharge door cover, the screen slag is squeezed and dehydrated. The dehydrated screen slag is forced to open the pressure plate and fall to the garbage trolley for transportation inside and outside. The squeezed water flows into the grid well through the return pipe.

4. Main features
■The driving device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel-axis helical gear reduction motor with compact structure and smooth and safe operation;
■The U-shaped groove is equipped with a lining, which has strong wear resistance and long service life;
■It adopts the structure of shaftless spiral blades and outlet pressure door panel, integrating conveying, squeezing and dehydration.
