1. Purpose
ZCG type suspended center drive mud scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central water inlet, peripheral water outlet and central mud discharge. It is mainly used for mud discharge from sedimentation tanks in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a central drive. The sewage flows into the water pipe from under the working bridge. After being diffused by the diversion pipe, it flows out evenly and radially to the periphery. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper will After the sludge is scraped and collected, the sludge is sucked by the sludge suction pipe to the sludge collection trough relying on the hydrostatic pressure in the pool and discharged into the central mud tank, and then discharged out of the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe. The scum on the water surface is introduced into the sludge discharge hopper through the rotating skimming device and discharged out of the pool: while the supernatant liquid overflows into the outlet tank through the triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.

4. Work characteristics
■The working bridge adopts full bridge type, and its material can be carbon steel, stainless steel or concrete structure;
■The driving device adopts a vertical three-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a combination of a helical gear reducer and a worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed;
■The scraper adopts linear scraper;
■The lower end of the vertical shaft of the mud scraper is equipped with an underwater bearing and a scraper to avoid deflection when the vertical shaft rotates and accumulation of sludge in the mud tank:
