1. Purpose
CF type rotary solid-liquid separator (also known as rotary grille decontamination machine) is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment for water treatment. It is mainly used at the water inlets of urban sewage treatment plants, residential area sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater and sewage pumping stations, water plants and power plant cooling water. The equipment is also widely used in water treatment projects in various industries such as textile, printing and dyeing, food, aquatic products, papermaking, brewing, slaughtering, tanning and other industries. It is an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment in the water treatment industry.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a rotary type. It consists of a special shape of plow-shaped rake teeth arranged on the horizontal axis in a certain assembly sequence to form a rake chain. According to the water flow, it is assembled into different gaps and installed at the entrance of the pump station or water treatment system. When the driving device drives the rake chain to move from bottom to top, the debris in the water is picked up by the rake chain. , the liquid flows through the grid gap. After the equipment rotates to the upper apex, the rake tooth chain changes its running direction and moves from top to bottom. The material falls off the rake teeth by its own weight. When the rake teeth turn from the opposite side to the bottom of the equipment, another cycle of continuous operation begins, thereby continuously removing debris from the water and achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

■ The driving device is directly driven by a cycloid pinwheel or helical gear reduction motor, which has the characteristics of low noise, compact structure and smooth operation;
■ The rack is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, easy installation and less daily maintenance work;
■ There are two specifications of rake teeth, coarse rake tooth pitch t=150mm rake tooth pitch, fine rake tooth pitch t=100mm;
■ The equipment is easy to operate and can directly control the operation of the equipment locally/remotely;
■ To prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with double protection of mechanical shear pin and overcurrent, making the operation of the equipment safe and reliable;
■ When the equipment width is >1500mm, in order to ensure the overall strength of the equipment, a parallel connection will be used.
