1. Product features
The LSF type sand-water separator is suitable for sand treatment in the grit chamber of urban sewage treatment plants. It is mainly used with the cyclonic grit chamber sand removal machine or bridge sand suction machine to further separate the discharged sand-water mixture.
2. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts a shaftless spiral type. The sand-water mixture is input from the upper part of the separator. The gravel settles by gravity in the sand-water separation tank. The rotation of the shaftless spiral body is used to gradually push the gravel to the outlet along the 25% U-shaped groove. It falls into the receiving barrel and is transported outside. The separated water is discharged from the overflow port of the separation tank to improve the operating environment and facilitate external transportation.

4. Main features
■The driving device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel-axis helical gear reducer with compact structure and smooth and safe operation;
■The recovery rate after separation of particles larger than 0.2mm can reach 96%;
■The U-shaped groove is equipped with a lining, which has strong wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement:
■The whole machine is fully enclosed and has good environmental conditions. The frame is fixed with expansion bolts and no embedded parts are required;
