The fiber turntable filter is a new type of filtration equipment used for sewage treatment. The operating cost of processing one ton of water is only 0.004 yuan (4 centimeters), while the operating cost of traditional processes (V-type filter, D-type filter, fiber bundle/ball filter) is 0.2-0.3 yuan. Taking 10,000 tons of water as an example, it can save 500,000-700,000 yuan a year.

Compared with the traditional process, the fiber turntable filter eliminates the need for civil construction such as the blower room, lifting pump room, chlorination room, clear water tank, sedimentation tank, etc. It occupies a very small area. The area of 10,000 tons of water is only 15m, which is 1/6-1/7 of the traditional process.
4. The fiber turntable filter eliminates many structures, valves, pipelines, etc., making the maintenance and repair of the equipment simple and convenient, and the operation is highly automated, so there is no need for special personnel to supervise, and the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced.
5. Compared with previous traditional filters, the fiber turntable filter eliminates the need to add chlorine beforehand, which not only reduces operating costs, but also avoids unsafe risks for workers (high CLO2 concentrations may cause flash explosions, endangering workers' lives).
